Kwa-Angels wish to listen to and accommodate our clients as far as we possibly can. To this end, please feel free to approach us at any time to discuss any ideas or issues that you may have.

This web site uses PayPal in order to process your payments.
For your security, we do NOT store your debit or credit card details after you make a purchase. PayPal payments are collected at the time of order and PayPal have total control over this process. All payment details are held on PayPal's Secure Server which offers the highest level of online security.

On rare occasions, Kwa-Angels may be required to cancel activities or events.
If we cancel an activity or event, we will inform you and any related payments you have made will be refunded in full.
If we postpone an activity or event and the revised date is not convenient for you, any related payments you have made will be refunded in full.

We regret that, in the case that you do not turn up for an activity or event on the day, we are unable to refund any related payments you have made. If, however, you change or mind or find that you are unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the activity or event, and you inform us of this, we are able and happy to refund any related payments you have made. If you do not inform us in time, we are unable to refund any related payments you have made.

We regret that, should you pay for a course in its entirety and only attend a part of that course, we are unable to refund the other part of your related payment that you have already made. However, should we run a repeat course; we may be able to transfer your place to a later date.

NB: we are happy to transfer any payments made to other activities or events later on in our calendar should there be places left on that activity or event day. Please contact us at your earliest opportunity if you wish to transfer your payments to another event and, places and circumstances allowing, we will transfer your booking to that event.

Payments by instalment may be possible and we are happy to discuss this on a private basis between you, the client, and us.
